CANCELLATION POLICY:* We require a two week cancellation notice or a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Late cancellations within two days of reservation date will be charged the full amount.

~ NORTH SUITE ~ View Panorama	DESCRIPTION - NORTH SUITE: • One queen size bed • Jacuzzi • Comfortable sitting area • Cable TV RATES (Single or Double): • 7 days a week: $150 per night. 10% sales/hotel tax not included in price. CANCELLATION POLICY:* We require a two week cancellation notice or a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Late cancellations within two days of reservation date will be charged the full amount.

~ EAST ROOM ~ ~ WEST ROOM ~ View Panoramas	DESCRIPTION - EAST AND WEST ROOMS: • Each room has one standard (double) size bed per room. Rooms are approximately 14'x14', each with a private full bath. RATES (Single or Double): • 7 days a week: $125 per night Includes all taxes.

~ CHEF'S QUARTERS ~ View Panorama	DESCRIPTION - CHEF'S QUARTERS (Chef is short): • One queen size bed built into the eaves of the ceiling • Jacuzzi for two • Full kitchen and dinette • Washer and dryer • (perfect to rent for a week or longer) RATES (Single or Double): • 7 days a week: $155 per night. Includes all taxes.

THE LOCKTENDER COTTAGE IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ACROSS FROM THE CANAL HOUSE.

~ RESERVATIONS REQUIRED ~
Please pay when making reservations. Credit cards, checks and money orders accepted. A 2-week cancellation notice is required in order to receive a refund.

Room rates do not include the addition of 10% New York State Sales/Hotel Tax. Check-in after 2:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 a.m. Children are welcome, but no pets, please.

$10 voucher included in room rates towards breakfast or brunch.

   • Dinner Friday thru Sunday 5pm to 10pm
   • Sunday brunch 9am to 2pm
CHEFS ON FIRE BISTRO:
   • Wednesday 4:00pm - 10:00pm
     Thursday - Sunday 11:00am - 10:00pm
   • Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday Brunch 9am to 2pm
